Our wood-fired pizza oven brings a taste of Naples to the Kent countryside.
Using authentic Neapolitan techniques we use only the finest ingredients before fire-cooking your order to perfection.
Our hand-stretched sourdough pizzas have a light, fluffy crust and a base that’s crisp on the outside, tender and chewy within, just like Neapolitan pizza should be. With an emphasis on authenticity, we source the finest ingredients such as Fior di latte mozzarella and San Marzano tomatoes grown on the sun-drenched volcanic foothills of Mount Vesuvius.
